Mike Lindstrom

Mike is a leader in the design of play and learning environments for children. With 30+ years in children's environment design, Mike has extensive experience with complex design, regulatory, and construction processes inherent in creating exceptional spaces for children. He has had tremendous success engaging organizations and their stakeholders—including staff, parents, children, board members, service providers, donors, and funders—in the design process.
As the founding principal of studioMLA Architects, he is responsible for the overall direction of the firm and the ongoing management of the design team; Mike’s direct project involvement and his oversight of quality control and professional development help to ensure a consistently high level of design work and client experience.
