Heidi Morrison

Heidi has spent her 23-year career in the field of early childhood education. Before joining Bright Horizons as the Director of Education and Curriculum, she was the Senior Director of Programs at Higher Ground Education, managing curriculum development and program quality across 100+ Guidepost Montessori campuses in the US. She spent her early years teaching in New York City schools, and in a variety of leadership positions, including Director of Admissions & Enrollment, Director of Early Childhood, and Head of School.
She strives to empower parents to be realistic and passionate advocates for their children and is passionate about partnering with educators to ensure that all children have safe, joyful learning environments that fulfill and fuel their curiosity and passion for learning.
