Ryan Golden

Ryan is a Partner in McKinsey’s Atlanta office and in McKinsey’s Education practice. She leads the practice’s client service in partnerships, alliances and mergers in higher education, serving a range of clients on their strategic collaboration aspirations and publishing research on this topic. She has also worked with higher education institutions on a broad range of topics including growth transformation, board strategy and procurement optimization.

Prior to joining McKinsey in 2015, Ryan worked at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics company as a graduate of their financial leadership development program and within new business ventures for the C-130J aircraft program. She holds a BS from Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth
