Jamee Griebel

Jamee Griebel is principal of Plum Creek Elementary in Lockhart ISD, located outside of Austin, Texas. She has 23 years of experience as an educator, including 10 years in administration (8th year as principal) and 13 years teaching 4th grade through 12th grade. She is a recent graduate of The Holdsworth Center’s Campus Leadership Program. She is passionate about shared leadership models that elevate and grow teacher leaders, and believes it's the reason she has successfully retained great teachers on her campus. She's found shared leadership gives her more time to coach staff and brings more voices into decision-making that impacts the campus. Teachers feel more supported to grow in their teaching craft, which ultimately impacts student outcomes.
