Atiba Mbiwan

Atiba is married to Tiffany Friesen and they have three adult children, Jacob, Keisha, and Keenan, and eight grandchildren.

He attended Brown University and graduated with a B.A. degree in Economics and Urban Studies, including a semester at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of the Education Policy Fellowship Program managed by the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education.
