Josh Christianson

Josh is a passionate advocate for workplace diversity. He has a 20+ years leading successful programs by building partnerships and teams to support big goals. Josh is the Inclusion + Accessibility Practice Lead at The Cadmus Group where he directs contracts to support federal DEIA goals. He serves as the project director for the Partnership on Inclusive Apprenticeship, and previously led the Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology. Josh was the Career Program Manager for The Posse Foundation, a college access program focused on diversity + inclusion. Posse continues to hire him to help design + facilitate national discussions on issues of equity. He obtained a BA in sociology from University of Colorado and a MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University. Josh sits on the WorkingNation Advisory Board.
