Sari Beth Rosenberg
Sari Beth Rosenberg hosts the PBS NewsHour Classroom Educator Voice Series, and she has been teaching at a New York City public high school for the past 21+ years. Rosenberg has been featured in various publications and multimedia platforms, including USA Today, NBC News, CNN, The TODAY Show, The Washington Post, Reuters, and PBS NewsHour. Her writing has recently appeared in PBS NewsHour Classroom, Chalkbeat, A+E/Lifetime.com, and Parents.com. She is also the co-host of the Grifty Podcast. In addition, she has a large following on Twitter/X, Threads, Instagram, and TikTok thanks to her political commentary and keen insight into the American education system. Rosenberg is the co-founder of Teachers Unify to End Gun Violence and she also serves as a Senior Advisor for Voters of Tomorrow, a youth-led organization dedicated to engaging and activating Gen Z voters. In 2019 she was awarded the Gagnon Prize, National Council for History Education (2019).
