Lillian Rountree

Lillian joined Chances for Children-NY as Co-Executive Director in 2021 having held nonprofit leadership positions for 15 years. She was Director of Development & Communications for Urban Pathways, serving homeless adults in NYC and Chief Development Officer for Clarke Schools for Hearing & Speech, serving children with hearing loss at 5 campuses in 4 states.
For 8 years Lillian served on the Board of Directors of OPTION Schools and on the Hearing Center Auxiliary Board of Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She seeks to build networks of support for marginalized and vulnerable people.
