Jessie Collins

Jessie began her career in tech, specializing in account management, program and brand development, and team growth and retention. She has since worked across sectors to create scalable systems, spearhead innovative communications to drive long-term goals, and lead teams of all sizes through deep organizational identity and strategic communication work.

Since joining Matterlab, Jessie has led hundreds of nonprofit, education, and foundation leaders through Matterlab’s signature Identity Workshop as well as other custom convenings designed to teach communication as a core leadership skill to mission-driven leaders.

Jessie lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and two children. She is a published writer, editor, and advocate for women's health.
