Tiger Rahman
Tiger Rahman (they/he) is a Black, queer and transmasculine organizational strategist and researcher with over 14 years of experience in education and equity-focused nonprofits. They are passionate about helping organizations develop and implement strategies that advance equity and justice through emergent thinking, learning, facilitation, program evaluation, and action research.
Tiger's work is informed by their belief that organizational change can only be truly effective when it is grounded in the lived experiences and perspectives of the people most directly impacted. They use a mixed-methods approach to research and analysis to identify and understand systemic inequities, and to develop and evaluate interventions that promote equity and justice.
Tiger is also a skilled facilitator and trainer. They regularly lead workshops and trainings on topics such as organizational equity, community-based action research, and intersectional identity. Tiger is passionate about creating spaces where people can come together to learn from each other, reflect on their own experiences, and develop strategies for creating more equitable and just organizations and communities.
