Rachel Cohen-Ford

Rachel Cohen-Ford (she/they) serves as an Assistant Director for Texas Leadership Education and Development at UT Austin. In this role, she oversees the Summer Internship Program and CoachUT, programs designed to empower students to accomplish their goals and gain career readiness. She facilitates workshops on overcoming imposter phenomenon, gaining leadership confidence, and increasing self-efficacy. They earned their bachelor’s degree in English and master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from UT Austin. She firmly believes in radical kindness, a philosophy that encourages wholehearted compassion to others, whether they are strangers or friends. Rachel is a self-proclaimed nerd. They love escape rooms, Dungeons & Dragons, and playing any manner of board and video games.
