Wyman Khuu

Wyman Khuu is the Senior Director of STEM for KIPP NYC supporting over 8000 students across elementary and middle schools. He has 7 years of experience teaching science and math. Wyman has been recognized for his and was honored with the national Harriett Ball Excellence in Teaching Award in 2020.

Wyman is deeply committed to providing equitable and authentic science opportunities, as well as driving innovation in education. He is particularly interested in leveraging computational thinking strategies to empower students to become not just users, but also shapers of technology in the future.

Outside of work, Wyman enjoys traveling, cycling, exploring new cuisines, and photography. In addition to his work in education, he runs a youth nonprofit volleyball organization.
