Diane Levitt is the Senior Director of K-12 Education at Cornell Tech, a graduate campus of Cornell University located in New York City. Diane leads a team of computer science educators working to make computing teachable, with rigor and joy, to all students in NYC public schools and beyond. Diane is the primary investigator on an NSF-funded study, CTCS, examining the impact of learning and teaching computational thinking on elementary teachers’ confidence in subsequently teaching CS. Her team created the Cornell Tech CS Coaching Toolkit to build the capacity of educators to support teachers implementing computing and computational thinking in their classrooms.
