Cecilia Marshall

To Be Cecilia Marshall leads stewardship and cultivation of external partnerships at Partnership for
Education Advancement, a non-profit that provides operations and technology driven solutions
to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). These solutions increase enrollment,
retention rates, and lead to higher graduation rates. Cecilia has held senior roles at national
nonprofit and philanthropic organizations as a strategic leader. Cecilia Marshall serves on the
Board of Directors of the Legal Defense Fund (LDF), America’s premier legal organization
fighting for racial justice.
