E4 Youth is a nonprofit organization dedicated to Engaging, Empowering, Educating, and Employing young talent of color, fostering an equitable future. Our mission is to ensure that young individuals are Seen, Heard, and HIRED. With a focus on workforce development for creative youth, E4 Youth has been actively involved in Central Texas for over a decade, impacting thousands of high school and college aged individuals through innovative programs like the Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) and Get Creative Enrichment Clubs. E4 Youth's platform What Once Was (WOW), curriculum and support services leverage the power of storytelling to preserve history and bridge the digital divide.
