Shaping the Future: Training Next-Gen Urban School Leaders
The success of urban education is intrinsically linked to the quality of its leaders. This session will unpack how The Michael Casserly Urban Executive Leadership Institute for Aspiring Superintendents is training the future leaders of urban education. Participants will learn about the unique components of the program, from its curriculum design to its mentorship opportunities, and how it's equipping senior administrators with the skills to drive success in urban school districts. The experiences of the cohort will serve as a roadmap for future leadership development in urban education.
