Of the 77 largest urban school districts, only 20 superintendents have stayed in their current jobs since 2020. This panel will discuss how a new program is training a diverse group of aspiring superintendents to successfully lead large urban school systems. Participants gain new skills as they attend sessions on school board relations, academics, media relations, and finances.
