Bring together innovative and exceptional educators and outdoor leaders who want to increase accessibility to the outdoors for underserved K-12 communities. In this session we will facilitate a discussion on what the future of outdoor equality looks like and our current successes in increasing opportunities for students to connect with nature. By hosting the California State Parks PORTS Program, SXSW EDU will be highlighting a program that has served over 1 million students to date, completely free of charge.
