Letters from a Neurodivergent Student Leader

I want to change the world. I want to help people. I created my publication, ACCESS AUTISM, which features neurodivergent voices, and I write about my struggles growing up. By writing, I found my voice and learned I could help create inclusive spaces at Austin Community College and worldwide by advocating for more inclusive spaces like the ones at ACC. My progress was possible because of school clinical therapy, neurodivergent-friendly staff, and student-worker programs. I advocate for schools to use clinical therapy programs and have resources available for students like me who need them.

Programming descriptions are generated by participants and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of SXSW.
