11:30am – 12:30pm CT

During this session, participants will explore the critical importance of intentionally prioritizing the development of Black women educators. We will delve into the reasons why honoring their voices and creating safe spaces for reflection, growth, and challenge benefits not only them but the larger education community. We will share practical strategies to support their growth as instructional leaders, address unique challenges they face, and tackle biases that impact their development and opportunities for promotion. Join us in fostering growth and equity within education.
