Angela McCarthy

Angela McCarthy serves as the CEO for The Earth Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, which seeks to inspire, educate, mentor, and empower students, schools, researchers, and young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas to tackle environmental challenges. Angela was instrumental in the establishment of the Foundation in 2020. Since then, she has driven the creation and launch of the organization's first initiative, The Earth Prize, and its global expansion reaching 1000+ schools in 144 countries in two years. Under Angela’s leadership, The Earth Prize ecosystem was brought to life encompassing a large group of inspiring and passionate individuals including university mentors, a Youth Board, high-profile goodwill Ambassadors, environmental Changemakers and an Alumni association.
