Sofia Ongele

Sofia Ongele is a rising senior at Columbia University where she is studying Information Science in hopes of leveraging computing and technology as mediums to propel social change. Concurrently, she serves as Gen-Z for Change’s Digital Strategist where she creates tools to streamline digital civic engagement, tackling issues from the climate crisis to inclusive education; thus far, these tools have been used upwards of 1 million times.
