Amy Kardel

As CompTIA's SVP of Strategic Workforce Relationships, Amy Kardel serves as the trade association's ambassador to the technology industry, academia, public sector and other nonprofits seeking to build the tech workforce of the future and get good people in good jobs. She works with national and global workforce relationships to advance issues of workforce with government, nonprofit and educational partners to support the technology ecosystem. She is an effective social entrepreneur devoted to growing and diversifying the tech workforce. She has served on the ConnectWise Advisory Council, CompTIA’s board of directors with two terms as chair, and New America’s Advisory Committee on New Models for Career Preparation. She co-authored the CyberWatch Center’s Federal CybersecurityApprenticeship Resource Guide.
