Monica Groves

Monica Groves is Program Director at XPRIZE where she leads impact strategies, program planning, and community engagement for XPRIZE learning programs and XPRIZE Rapid Reskilling.
With over a decade of experience in community outreach and program management, Monica oversees activations in learner empowerment, intersectionality in EdTech, and partnerships. She also leads the XPRIZE Anti-Racism Council to recognize and find solutions to addressing the systemic inequities faced by people of African descent in our work and culture and is active in the Women of XPRIZE to promote gender parity internally.
