Kimberly Jordan is the founder of KATALYST 4P3, LLC. Founded as a faith-based organization, KATALYST 4P3 (purpose, perseverance, and preparation) seeks to engage, empower and equip people to reach beyond their limitations to live out their purpose. Kimberly holds a BSE in Industrial Engineering from Mercer University, a M.Ed. in Divergent Learning from Columbia College, and is a National Board Certified educator. Kimberly’s professional experiences in industry and education have positioned her to create transformational change for those around her. She facilitates engineering and mathematics exploration in her Innovation Laboratory at Spartanburg High where she’s been named Teacher of the Year, Instructor of the Year (AMI Kids White Pines) and most recently a WYFF Golden Apple Award recipient. Kimberly is an EmpowerED ambassador, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and is a devoted ministry leader at her church. As a teacher, marriage ministry leader, tutorial leader and church school teacher, Kimberly lives out her motto to “...not conform but be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2).”
