Tomika Brown

Tomika L. Brown is the Director of ECMC’s The College Place-Richmond, where she partners with state agencies, secondary schools and community-based organizations throughout Virginia to prepare students for post-secondary success. With almost 20 years of experience leading post-secondary education access, financial aid and workforce development initiatives in VA, PA, and DC, her life’s work is rooted in increasing access for marginalized communities to capital needed to pursue their dreams of success and stability. She holds a BA from University of Virginia, and graduate degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Pennsylvania.
