Mitzi Ritzman
Mitzi J. Ritzman, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her research focuses on autism spectrum disorder, community -engaged teaching and learning, best practices in service delivery, at-promise students, and serving diverse students. She is an award-winning faculty member that has engaged hundreds of students in their learning and community. She has also served as a school-based speech-language pathologist in P-12 schools and is actively involved in service and research that supports growth and language development for young people and adults on the autism spectrum.
