Eileen Hughes

With more than thirteen years of experience in public media, previous to PRX, Eileen Hughes served as both an outreach coordinator and manager of community and volunteer programs at GBH in Boston, including for “Arthur", "Postcards from Buster" and "Between the Lions". Hughes has also served as a Director of Outreach and Educational Initiatives at Walden Media, the film company behind titles such as "Chronicles of Narnia" and "Charlotte’s Web". In her current role at PRX, she works with public radio stations, public radio broadcast shows and podcasts producers in addition to overseeing engagement opportunities for the organization
