Emily Dickens

Emily M. Dickens is Chief of Staff, Head of Public Affairs and Corporate Secretary for SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management. An executive team member, Emily is responsible for implementing the CEO's vision, corporate governance, global outreach, government affairs and corporate communications, and the organization's buildings and property. An attorney, she is also actively engaged in board service, as she serves on multiple boards in the HR, business, education, and policy spheres.

Emily is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and the North Carolina Central University School of Law.
