Taylor is a servant leader and educator activist whose mission is improving the quality of life for black and brown students. Her 11-year career in education spans from: K-12 teacher, instructional and behavior management coach, director of pedagogy and programming for new teachers in Baltimore City (BCPSS) and County schools to serving as the manager of teacher recruitment and selection at BCPSS. She received her B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill and her M. Ed. ELPS from American University.
