Lora Kaiser
Lora is the Chief Product Officer at the Center for Education Market Dynamics (CEMD), an emerging nonprofit focused on the dissemination of research, information, and data across the K-12 ecosystem. Lora is responsible for crafting the strategic view of how K-12 market signals can be segmented and translated to inform faster, more impactful decision making by district leaders and those who serve them. Lora is also a Sr. Director of Market Strategy at EdSolutions, a K-12 market consulting firm, serving as a strategic consultant to a number of leading organizations in the education sector.
Lora has spent her entire career in the K-12 space, beginning as a teacher and later working as an Implementation Consultant, coaching and training in districts across the country. Her work has spanned across PreK-12 in sales, professional development, and product development roles. Most recently, Lora was the Sr. Director of Product Management, K-12 Mathematics at McGraw-Hill. There, she led the math portfolio, setting the product vision for programs like Reveal Math and Everyday Math and working on key partnership opportunities that have impacted thousands of students. Lora completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.
