Racquel King

As a Senior Director at Nike, Racquel King leads the service strategy function responsible for supporting all Nike employees with their HR needs so they can create the future of sport. As a former NCAA athlete, Racquel’s passion for sport led her career back into the world of athletics. Before Nike, she spent years leading HR Service Strategy across some of the world’s most notable brands such as Apple, Walmart, AT&T, and Estee Lauder cosmetics. Her journey in athletics started with track & field at a young age which ultimately led her to the University of North Texas (UNT) where she competed in the 400 Hurdles as an NCAA regional qualifier, the 800 meters, the 4x400 meter relay and two conference championship titles. She has BBA in HR from UNT and MBA from Texas Christian University.
