Jen's lifelong work centers on partnering with education leaders to move toward equity in access, experience and outcomes. Jen has a bachelor's degree in psychology (educational psychology minor), a master's degree in social work and is working on a PhD in organizational development and leadership. Jen has spent much of her career in K-12 environments supporting districts and school teams across the nation to develop safe and supportive learning environments and establish their integrated student supports programs. She also works at the post-secondary systems level and at the heart of all her work is the belief that equity and positive school climate and culture begins when all stakeholders work collaboratively on decision-making and designing solutions. Jen is deeply knowledgeable about the school climate and culture improvement process and has recently served as the Director of School Climate Leadership Certification at the National School Climate Center where she now acts as a trainer and consultant.
