Ray James

Ray James is a Senior Consultant who leads a variety of efforts to increase learner-centered and equitable environments in formal and informal education settings. Prior to consulting, Ray briefly served as a higher ed. practitioner, a middle school English teacher for nearly a decade, an instructional coach, and assistant principal in public & charter schools of Atlanta & Newark, NJ. To fuel his passions, he’s actively involved in community organizing, a supporter of his church’s youth ministry, and serves as a Governing Board member for a small independent charter school in Atlanta.
