Lindsey Kaiser
Lindsey Kaiser is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Washington in the Department of Educational Policy, Organizations, and Leadership. In this role she collaborates with community-based organizers to support and advance anti-racist educational leadership. She examines community-based approaches to anti-racist leadership by focusing on fostering authentic, reciprocal, and trusting community partnerships.
Prior to this role, Lindsey spent 10 years in K-12 public education in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Texas. While in Texas, Lindsey co-conspired with community organizers to advocate for racial equity in a task force and with Educators In Solidarity. Lindsey focuses on building meaningful relationships with community members to support White educators in making anti-racist commitments
