Dylan Alles

Dylan Alles began her career as a middle school math teacher in DC public charter schools. She went on to work as a nonprofit advocacy manager supporting the development of parent-led campaigns in Washington, DC, before joining the Federal Policy and Advocacy team at the KIPP Foundation. In this role, she works in service of priorities that impact KIPP Public Schools students, families, and communities, and leads program strategy and management for the Federal Policy Fellowship, a paid internship program in Washington, DC for KIPP alumni interested in careers in federal policy and advocacy.
