Toni Barton

Toni Barton, JD, M.Ed., is the Founder and President of Spelligent, an organization focused on building schools that are inclusive-by-design and supporting leaders with designing inclusive schools. Prior to this role, Toni founded and led Relay Graduate School of Education’s Inclusive Schools Leadership Institute. In that role, Toni trained and coached hundreds of leaders across 14 states. Prior to joining Relay, Toni served in roles such as Director of Student Support and school principal in Washington, D.C. charter schools. Toni started her career in education as a special education teacher in D.C. Public Schools.
