Jordanna Maziarz

I’m an enrollment management professional with over a decade of admissions experience. After earning my Master’s in Higher Education from Columbia in 2010, I started my career as an admissions counselor at my alma mater, Ramapo College, later becoming Assistant Director. I joined Montclair State University as Associate Director of Recruitment in 2015 and now serve as Director of Undergraduate Admissions. I’m dedicated to access and equity and created several initiatives to support diverse student enrollment, such as the Hispanic Student College Institute (article) and an outreach program for Newark, NJ students who graduated high school during the pandemic but never went to college (Newark saw a 40% reduction in college-going students).
