Frank Justice
Frank Justice runs the Meridian Center for Diplomatic Engagement, a nonpartisan education and networking hub to accelerate collaboration between the diplomatic corps and public and private sector leaders regarding global issues of the day. In 2021, he created DiplomacyRISE (Readiness, Innovation, Skill, and Equity), an inclusive diplomatic professional development program that provides greater access to critical skills training, career guidance networks and emerging issue expertise to cultivate the next generation of U.S. diplomats that reflect America’s diversity and are equipped with 21st century statecraft skills and knowledge. Within this initiative, Frank designed a diplomatic skills virtual course for young scientists interested in international policy and developed the Community College Global Affairs Fellowship, which is a fully paid global affairs summer enrichment and mentorship program for community college students. Since assuming his currently role in 2015, Frank has revamped Meridian's Global Leadership Summit, created the annual Meridian Diplomacy Forum (coming up on April 12, 2023 and virtual for a global audience, this year's program explores city and state diplomacy), designed Meridian’s Digital Finance Future convening series on financial inclusion for diplomats in partnership with the Gates Foundation, and planned the inaugural Summit for the U.S. Department of State Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative. He holds an MPP from American University and a BA from the URI. Frank lives outside of Washington, DC with his wife who has a passion for K-12 instructional coaching and two young and spunky daughters.
