Sham Mustafa

Sham Mustafa is the co-founder & co-CEO of Correlation One. Correlation One has pioneered a 100% employer funded and free for learners education model, working with customers like Amazon, Walmart, and Johnson & Johnson. Correlation One also provides free, year-round training and mentorship to thousands of students and professionals from underrepresented groups. Prior to Correlation One, Sham directed operations at two finance firms. He has also developed national entrepreneurship development programs for the US Department of Commerce and advised more than 600 startups. He began his career as a criminal defense lawyer in India, and is a published author in Data Science talent markets. Sham holds an MBA and MPA from Columbia University and a BA and LLB from the University of Madras, India.
