Dewey Torres

Dewey is currently a Sr. Director of Global Learning COE at PepsiCo supporting over 310K associates. He is responsible for shaping the skills strategy and building solutions that build new capabilities and skills at a faster pace and scale. He leads the evolution of myeducation which is PepsiCo’s tuition assistance program. He also oversees the digital transformation learning for the enterprise. This has many components, and the Digital Academy is at the center of the enablement for the company to drive skills at scale.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, he was Director of Global Learning Development for IBM Consulting with 150K employees. He was with IBM for 25 years as a consultant and Learning Leader with a successful track record in creating learning strategies and developing and managing a wide range of consulting and learning programs. Prior to IBM, he was with KPMG Peat Marwick for 10 years in their Management Consulting division as a manager delivering client solutions. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas, a former Marine and a member of several learning councils.
