Stephanie Creary

Stephanie J. Creary, PhD is an organizational behavior scholar and an assistant professor of management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Creary studies issues related to creating more inclusive and equitable workplaces and organizations. Dr. Creary has published her research in leading management journals. Insights from her research have also appeared in top popular press outlets, including Harvard Business Review, strategy+business, the New York Times, Bloomberg, NPR, and Time Magazine. She has won several research and teaching awards. Prior to joining the Wharton faculty, Dr. Creary was on the faculty of Cornell University where she taught corporate strategy. She has served as a research associate at Harvard Business School, among others.
