Megha Bansal Rizoli is director of organizational strategy at Jobs for the Future, a national nonprofit organization that accelerates the alignment and transformation of the American education and workforce systems to drive equitable economic advancement for all. Megha has over 12 years of experience working in strategy and innovation across the Federal government, corporate America, and the nonprofit sector. She started her career working for the federal government at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, dabbled in research and analytics at The Brookings Institution, and spent close to a decade working on unique, challenging, and high-visibility consulting engagements at Monitor Deloitte, where she focused on how large-scale disruptive trends impact organizations, communities, and people.
