As the Chief Executive Officer of the college, Dr. G. Brent Wallace is responsible for the college's implementation of policies as directed by the college's Board of Regents, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Southern Association of Colleges Commission on Colleges, and State of Texas.
Dr. Wallace joined NCTC in the fall of 2011 as the Vice President of Instruction/Chief Academic Officer and demonstrated his commitment to academic integrity and providing transformative opportunities to NCTC students. As VI, Dr. Wallace oversaw the development and implementation of the college's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP). Also known as Project Xtreme Academic Makeover, this plan addresses students' college readiness in order to improve student learning in meaningful ways.
