Marybeth Lilly

Marybeth N. Lilly is the Manager of Talent & Workforce Policy at the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). In this role, she is responsible for supporting the execution of industry positions, strategies, and programs on all matters related to building and supporting a dynamic future workforce for the aerospace and defense industry and our member companies.

Prior to coming to AIA, Marybeth worked in a variety of roles across the higher education industry, including student involvement and leadership, career and professional development, and research and assessment. She is passionate about authentic leadership, career and workforce development, and diversity and inclusion, which she supports through both her professional career and various volunteer engagements.
