Cortney Bristow
Cortney Bristow has over nineteen years of teaching experience in public education, teaching leadership, gifted education, and social studies. She earned an MA in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education, a MA in History from George Mason University, a BA in History and Secondary Education from the College of William and Mary. Most recently she has been working as an Assistant Principal and has developed a passion for helping new teachers build a solid foundation in education. As result she has led many professional development sessions focusing on building relationships with students, engagement strategies, differentiation, student centered learning, growth mindset, and the importance of understanding student personality for building student achievement.
