Emma O'Rourke-Powell

Emma O’Rourke-Powell works for Johns Hopkins University as the Associate Director for Hire Hopkins, where she leads operational efforts in designing and implementing scalable, data-driven initiatives. She also serves as a Lecturer for the University of California, Davis, teaching writing, speaking, and negotiations.

Emma O’Rourke-Powell received her bachelor’s degree from Whitman College in Political Science, and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Davis. She’s worked in higher education, at public and private institutions in Washington, California and Maryland.
