Sue Ellspermann

Dr. Sue Ellspermann has served as president of Ivy Tech Community College, Indiana’s largest post-secondary institution and the nation’s largest singly-accredited statewide post-secondary institution since 2016. Her focus has been aligning Indiana’s community college system to the needs of employers and Indiana’s economy with an 80% increase in credential production and 40% increase in graduates earning above median wage. She was elected as Indiana’s 50th Lieutenant Governor Indiana’s serving as Secretary of Agriculture, President of the Senate, overseeing 6 agencies and helping craft Indiana’s workforce strategy. Sue was initially elected to office as a State Representative.
