Grace Cannon

Grace Cannon is the Director of Program Design and Development at Philadelphia Parks & Recreation (PPR). In this role, Grace designs and incubates new programs and strategic initiatives to reimagine recreation, as well as leads several playful learning and literacy integration projects. In addition, Grace supports the department with the implementation of program standards, impact measurement, and storytelling around program quality. Grace has served in youth workforce and education systems and held senior leadership positions at The School District of Philadelphia, Mural Arts Philadelphia, and YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School. She has a B.A. in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College and a M.Ed. from Temple University and Tyler School of Art.
