Arik Armstead

A collegiate athlete in both football and basketball at the University of Oregon, Arik Armstead is a starter defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers (drafted in 2015). Aside from team recognition for his positive impact in the community, Arik has also won the NFLPA Community MVP two consecutive years (2020, 2021), two nominations for the NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year awards (2020, 2021), and the nomination for the NFLPA Alan Page award (2022). Arik advocates for educational equity for all students, no matter their socioeconomic status.
