Terrell A. Blount is a motivational speaker and mentor for system-impacted people, and activist for justice reform and civil rights. He serves as the Director of the Formerly Incarcerated College Graduates Network (FICGN), a national nonprofit organization with over 1,400 formerly incarcerated scholars promoting the education and empowerment of system-impacted people across 45 U.S. states and four countries. He also is a Project Coordinator of the Education Development Center (EDC), a partner organization in STEM-OPS, an alliance of higher education institutions and nonprofits with directly-impacted leadership whose aim is to advance STEM education and career opportunities for currently and formerly incarcerated people.
